Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best flavor
  • 1 cup Buttermilk For marinating the chicken
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour For dredging the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional for heat
  • 3 cups Vegetable Oil For frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
