For the Crust

  • 1 package Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade

For the Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Garlic Cream Sauce or Alfredo Sauce use your favorite version

For the Toppings

  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese substitute with Monterey Jack or provolone
  • 1 cup Thinly Sliced Dill Pickles can use bread & butter or spicy pickles
  • 1/4 cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed or 1 tablespoon fresh dill for more flavor

For the Finish

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for brushing crust

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F, placing a pizza stone or steel inside to heat up.
  • Flour your surface and roll out the pizza dough to about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
  • Spread a layer of garlic cream sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Layer thinly sliced dill pickles across the cheese in a single layer.
  • Add thin slices of red onion if desired.
  • Brush the outer crust with olive oil.
  • Bake on the hot stone or steel for about 10-13 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dill weed or fresh dill.

Notes

Serve fresh with ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
