Ingredients

For the Roast

  • 3 pounds Chuck Roast Look for a well-marbled cut.
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers Add for tangy flavor.

For the Sliders

  • 12 count Slider Buns Hawaiian rolls recommended.

Directions

  • Place the chuck roast into your crockpot.
  • Pour the beef broth over the roast, then sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus mix on top.
  • Scatter the pepperoncini peppers around the roast. Top with pats of unsalted butter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until fork-tender.
  • Shred the beef in the juices using two forks and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls, layer shredded beef, and top with melted provolone cheese.
  • Optional: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake assembled sliders for 5 minutes.
