Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 12 pieces Mini Pretzel Slider Buns
  • 1 pound Corned Beef thinly sliced
  • 12 slices Swiss Cheese or Gruyere as a substitute
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut well drained
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing or Russian dressing

For the Topping

  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds or Everything Bagel Seasoning, optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Carefully slice the pretzel buns horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom buns.
  • Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on top of the dressing.
  • Place the top halves of the pretzel buns on the fillings.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush over the tops.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning on top if desired.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Allow sliders to cool slightly before slicing apart. Serve warm.
