  • 1 lb Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined.

  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Adjust with salted butter if necessary.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with canola oil.
  • 1/3 cup White Wine Can use chicken broth or vegetable broth.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice Always opt for fresh.
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional.

For Garnishing

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine or fettuccine until al dente, for about 8-10 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp in a single layer, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink, then remove.
  • Sauté in the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, and add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the white wine or broth, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet with the drained pasta. Toss evenly.
  • Add fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes if using. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
