Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli and sweet potatoes.
  • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes; cut the broccoli into medium florets.
