  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Melted butter can also be used
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; garlic powder can be substituted
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika can enhance flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to taste

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Optional for garnish

Directions

  • Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels to enhance glaze adherence.
  • Coat salmon fillets skin-side down on a plate with the honey mustard glaze.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down without crowding.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes, until glaze is bubbling and salmon is opaque.
  • Remove fillets using a spatula, garnish with parsley if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Prepare the honey mustard glaze in advance for faster meal prep.
