How to Make Savory Classic Crockpot Tuscan Chicken Orzo

  • Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts into your crockpot. Season them generously with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning for a flavorful base.
  • Pour minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and chicken broth over the seasoned chicken.
  • Cover your crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Using two forks, shred the chicken right in the pot, mixing it with the delicious broth and tomatoes.
  • Stir in heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, and orzo pasta. Mix well and cover again, cooking on high for another 20-30 minutes.
  • Finally, stir in the fresh spinach and cover for 5 minutes.

Notes
