  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice, fresh Preferably fresh over bottled.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

  • Peel the mangoes and dice them into small, even cubes, placing them in a mixing bowl.
  • Finely dice the cucumber and red onion, and add them to the bowl.
  • Mince the jalapeño and incorporate it into the mixture.
  • Chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  • Squeeze in the lime juice and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  • Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined, ensuring a chunky texture.
  • Chill the salsa in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to enhance flavors.

Notes
