Instructions

How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry

  • Slice your chicken breast into thin strips to ensure they cook quickly and evenly.
  • Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  • In the same skillet, toss in the chopped bell peppers, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and freshly grated ginger. Cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and a cornstarch slurry. Pour the sauce over the sautéed veggies.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing everything together until each piece is coated.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
