Burrito Preparation

  • Prepare Ingredients: Start by dicing the bell peppers and cooking the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Scramble Eggs: In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until well mixed. Pour into the skillet and stir gently until just set, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine Filling: Add cooked sausage and diced bell peppers to the skillet, stir in cheese, and melt.
  • Assemble Burritos: Spoon filling into tortillas, fold in sides and roll tightly.
