Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or steel inside.
  • Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a floured pizza peel or parchment paper.
  • Spread the garlic cream or Alfredo sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese uniformly over the sauce.
  • Layer thinly sliced dill pickles on top of the cheese in a single layer.
  • Add thinly sliced red onions if desired.
  • Brush the outer crust with olive oil.
  • Slide your prepared pizza onto the preheated stone and bake for 10-13 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dried dill weed or fresh dill.
  • Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving hot.
