Instructions

Method

  • Slice the smoked kielbasa into coins and sear in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in cream cheese and milk (or half-and-half) until melted and smooth.
  • Add shredded Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer for a few minutes.
  • Return seared kielbasa and sweet corn to the skillet; mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta and toss to coat with the sauce. Stir gently.
