Instructions

  • Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using your hands or forks.
  • Finely dice pineapple, celery, and green onions into uniform pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced pineapple, celery, green onions, and dried cranberries.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise with salt and black pepper to taste.
