Instructions

How to Make Valentine's Day Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Clean the large button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully, setting the caps aside for stuffing.
  • In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sautéed garlic, grated Parmesan, fresh herbs, and breadcrumbs. Stir until well mixed.
  • Generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheesy mixture, pressing down gently to ensure they are packed nicely.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the filled mushrooms on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle with extra Parmesan for that perfect crust. Serve warm.

Notes

For a pop of color and flavor, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
