How to Make Delicious Sweet Pumpkin Bread

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice until well mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
