  • 2 tablespoons Melted Dairy-Free Butter For brushing on after baking.

Instructions

How to Make Delicious Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls

  • In a small bowl, combine warm dairy-free milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, tapioca starch, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the yeast mixture, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth using a stand mixer or hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm spot for 60 minutes, allowing the dough to nearly double in size.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, rolling each into a ball and placing them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cover the rolls again and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 22-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Brush the rolls with melted dairy-free butter after baking. Enjoy them warm!

Notes

For optimal freshness, store rolls in an airtight container or freeze for later enjoyment. Thaw and reheat to restore their softness.
