  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Can use pecorino romano for sharper taste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Butter can be used as an alternative

For Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Italian Herbs Dried or fresh, such as basil or oregano

Cooking Instructions

  • Boil the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, keeping it warm.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir until it begins to simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese, mixing until melted.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the creamy sauce, stirring well to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs before serving hot.
