Ingredients

For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp Peeled and deveined

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Use sharp cheddar or mozzarella

For Cooking

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • Sauté minced garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Mix in cheeses until melted.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp and sauce mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with additional cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
