How to Make Irresistible Churro Saltine Toffee

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltines in a single layer.
  • Melt the unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it reaches a gentle boil. Let it bubble for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the saltines using a spatula.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes until the toffee bubbles.
  • Sprinkle the granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture over the hot toffee evenly.
